Harman Kardon ipod link

  106 GTi
Saw them in the store over xmas. To many boxes etc imo, plus the quality is only going to be as good as FM radio that way.

seems a waste doing it that way if its only going to be of that quality. on their own website it says if you intall it alongside a 3rd party CD changer then you can use a line out cable. how much can you pick up a standard renault CD changer?
thanks

this is a nice article. You people who are more knowledgeable could you look at page 2 for me and expalin wether the cable AUX system is able to function with the Renault tuner list headunit. And what extra parts will be needed to do this. Im looking for god sound quality you see. And if i choose to use the AUX port which is usually for the CD changer. I just want to confirm i can do this.

yes all tuner lists have a cd changer port

which is a blue mini iso connector, and no there is no possible way to connect an ipod to the tuner list h.unit without spending on a Aux in adaptor, a dension kit etc

no audio input even thru the changer, as the mini iso can ONLY connect to the official renault changer :)

I'd go for the dension no need to mess around with all those other boxes. It will work on Update and Tuner list 182 headunits, and the wires and two little circuit boards are esay to hide behind the dash.
