Harnesses in RS197

Hi All,

I have the Recaro RS Buckets in my RS197 and was wondering how easy it is to fit Harnesses? I notice there are 2 anchor points on the back bench behind both seats but not sure if they are actually for harnesses.
any ideas?

Unless you have a cage with a harness bar, don't fit harnesses.

they have to be parallel with your shoulders otherwise you can become paralysed in the event of a crash. They also reduce movement in the car so you're f**ked when coming to junctions. I'll find a helpful link.

You can mount them on the top mounting points of the rear seatbelts.
