Surely any 3 or 4 point would do the job? 4 point would be prefferable if you have a cage, 3 point would be easiest if you don't.
Usually mount should straps on rear top mounts (i.e. where you'd attach a rear strut brace) and use the standard points for lap belts (inside mounted to subframe/seat, outside mounted to original points at base of door)
I don't have a cage and also have no idea about harnesses as I've never looked into them, so it's all new to me so basically 3-point harnesses would do the trick?
Wouldn't go through the loops. I've got 4 points on mine and use the two seatbelt bolts (b pillar and buckle) for the lap straps, and the buckle bolts and iso bar bolts for the rear straps.
