another guy on there has polished the whole of the wheel, will try & find pics for you, the centre caps are metal, it's the centre caps on ph2 valver wheels that are either plastic or metal

Lemme get this right??

Winters is coming up and you WANT to run polished rims?

Are you mad?

I ran polished dishies on my RMs last Feb and they needed cleaning with fresh water and drying off after every journey and if i couldnt be arsed they needed polishing up (1 hour a dish). Best bet is to get some crappie winter wheels.

I really can't see your logic. Your Ronals will be better for winter as they're lacquered as standard. Unprotected wheels will be a nightmare.

Just keep them on or get some cheap alloys.

my logic is to do the turbines would cost me nothing as i can do it myself, and they will look like my turbos i have on at the minute! i dont mind cleaning/polishing them. Plus what im going to do is swap my tyres from my turbos and while the winter wheels are on get some streched tyres for the turbos!

I hate turbines (Hi Benton;)) but polished up, or just painted with a polished lip they look look ace:) There was a set for sale on here ages ago which looked ace, one of the best sets i've ever seen, iirc they were amphasite with a lovely big polished lip :approve:
