hazard light switch - MOT?????

checking over my car tonight for its MOT in 9 hrs now :dapprove: my switch had been sticking sometimes but after taking out the anger on it they wont go off now, a little bit of folded card ( magic tree in this case ) to jam the button in works, but me being paranoid i've pulled the plug out completely incase the card popped out and they go on all through the night, how will this go down on the MOT the do work i just need to plug it back in,

failed on

1. inner rear registration plate lamp not working £1 for a new bulb

2. inner front hazard warning switch faulty £29.45 for new switch

3 offside front suspension joint has excessive play in lower suspension ball joint. £13.83 for bush i think

total inc. labour and VAT £95.26,

was expecting alot worse so now i have a little money to spare

Didint you give all the lights a quick check before putting it in for the test?

Stupid to fail on a bulb out, imo. (not having a go at you, btw )

tried that last night but the mechanism is weird, you push it in to relase the catch and the button itself pops OUT, it was the little catch that clicks broke on mine so it was constantly in the OUT/ ON position

i did mate but never even noticed the bulb was out as it was still light outside when i checked
