Head unit problem

Bought myself a 172 cup, but unfortunatly the stero doesnt work properly, it occasionaly plays, when it doesnt if you press a botton on it it just bleeps, the display bulds are knackered so I can just about read the word speech on it and thats it took the stereo out disconnected it reconnected it and still the same wont even play anything today
Any suggestions

Just buy a after market 1 loads better the the original anyway!

Get another OE one, if it's the tuner list one they are cheap.

Whats the difference in the headunits

Tuner list is just the cheap normal one, the update list one's better (don't know why though as I only have the tuner list one)
