Headlight Washers (172)

Morning all,
I need to replace my headlight washers as the directional jets have gone walkabouts, I've got replacement ones from renault no problems, but how on earth do you get the damn things out of the bumper ?
I've butchered my old one to death with grips and pliers and it just wont budge (well not much) its still there, and somehow still pumps water . Anyway I've given up being brutal and decided there must be an easy way, does anyone know it, as after all i dont want to have to butcher the new ones in!

Take the bumber off is the only way as there is a big nut on the back.

Fook that... i just popped the balls out the new ones and pushed them into the old holder.. had the car another 4 years after that without needing to replace them again.

Job done..

That would have been ok, had i not butchered one to death in trying to remove it, its still looks ok until you get close up! Looks like a bumper removal mission awaits me, great!
