headlights wobble?

basically decided to change my dipped beam lights to some h7 xenon blue bulbs. But abvsolute b*****rds to fit. Managed to get one side in after a fairly long time, then tried to do the other side, but whilst trying to push/turn it in, i seemed to of popped or broken the light, the bit that wobbles is the bit that the sidelights/dipped lights go into. the whole bottom bit wobbles.

Does anyone know what i could of possible done? or how to mend this?

i've just done this to my xenon lights!! On my 182!!! Does it now mean its fucked lol

Check your height adjuster (bottom/middle thing) hasn't broke or come out of the slot inside the headlight.
