Headligt washers repalce - Trophy type

Hi everyone,
I just saw some great photos over the net and have an idea to change my washers type.
Now I have original black washers that looks awful by me like here:

I want to replace them to this type:

So at the end they will look like in this picture (My clio is same colour):

So, how can I replace them ? can be done or in the trophy it not work at all ?

can be done but no washers

You do realise that the Trophy doesn't have them but the first picture like yours does because of the xenons? So the Trophy doesn't hide them...it just doesn't have any.

Didn't know that trophy doesn't have xenons. So it is just a plastic caps that close the holes ?
I can't put washers that come up like in vw or other marks ?
