Headunit help

I want full speed Ipod Access, and considering these Bluetooth modules.

I am not sure which to go for?

Also are the Alpine bluetooth modules any good? i had a Parrott kit before and that was amazing. Just not keen on it sticking on my dash , hence if i get a h/u with BT in.

Not possible afaik, the alpine bluetooth units use the full speed connection slot IIRC, so either full speed or alpine bluetooth. Could be wrong though.
