Heated seats on valvers!

Ive just been looking through my renault dialogys CD to find some Clio phase 1s came with heated seats. This would also suggest why there is an empty fuse holder with a picture of heated seats. The part number for the Element is 77 00 805 539, I dont think it was a valver option though. Does anyone know anything abou this?

i thought this was a option on the baccarra, the top of the range non valver clio with leathers?
