Heater Fans Sometimes stop working

Hi

My Clio is acting strange recently, The heater fans inside the car do not work most of the time. If i park on a hill it then will start to work for about 5/10 min of driving then stop working again. What is it i need to replace to get these working again?

Resistor pack more than likely.
