Hello

  Clio 172 Mk2 PH2
Hello, this is my first post!

I have just purchased an 03/03 black metallic 172. I gave £5100 for it and love it to bits. I'm going to let Hill power do the 72 000 service (gulp) as I live but 20 miles from his garage and while it is there his is going to look at the inlet manifold and chip/remap it, the car is standard at the moment apart from a fairly useless pipercross filter which make her sound funny! and will be replaced with a panel filter.

A few questions:

  • Where do I find the paint code?
  • What is the exta button next to the ESP button on a 182?
  • I do town work and a bit of twisty road action, this may seem a bit lame but i'm an old git... is 36mpg (trip computer) a record?

Welcome!

Your paint code is D476 Pearl Black (i used to have the same)

The extra button on the 182 is the cruise control/speed limiter button

You'll find people getting all sorts of mpg on here, i tend to get around 32 ish

again, welcome to the club

Chris

Welcome to CS mate, enjoy! 36 mpg is above average i would say. Its near enough what i achieve but i do quite a bit of motorway driving, and because of that fact, i usually nail it when i get off! ;)

Tys.
