help 172 cup

can any boys or girls do me a favour and measure how far it is from the lip of the wheel arch to the floor on you STANDARD 172 cup...



unless anybody knows renos figures



just lowered mine on eibachs -30mm and not conviced its any lower at all!

They will take a few weeks to settle. Im not suprised they dont appear any lower straight away.

well thats what i thought, been on since wednesday, but the rear especially seems to sit the same as before....

TBH the rears prob will........ IIRC they dont lower the rear much say 15mm max? Might be wrong?

rears have been known to get higher with new springs fitted

I have the 40mm Apex ones, Looks great but handling is no differant from standard

The claimed drops springs give bear no resembelence to real life figures mine only ~40mm lower than it was before and its on 60mm coilovers. However compaired to the Clio I saw today (02 reg dynamique) it would be bout 80mm lower with the kit.

Tolerances in to suspension are usually about 1cm plus or minus, and it takes a while to have springs settle in mine have dropped about 5mm in a few weeks.

took my mate to work one day before xmas and he told me to get a car that wasnt so low next time lol mines standard. Hit his head on the way in and then couldnt get out lol

cheers, the front has deffo dropped, i was just concerend about the rears, but from reading the above im not the only one to experiance this
