HELP, 172 wont start, 4 beeps???

Help me please
I'm currently stuck in a car park
car won't start, and it beeps 4 times (though sometimes it's just silent)
all the lights come on the dash when I put the key in, then they go off as normal, turn the key and nothing happens apart from a click noise?
Any ideas anyone?

starter motor stuck? try rocking the car back and forth while in gear. take it out of gear and try starting it again.

No hasn't worked
sometimes it has done this before, but always started after I tried it a second time, iv tried at least 20 times, and still nothing
