HELP, Arrgghhh!!

like a numpty i managed to overfill my car with fuel this evening when trying to fill her right up.

got most of the fuel off with paper towels and just dabbing etc.

what i want to know is, should i get this off asap as there is possibly just residue left now and i dont think im going to get to wash her until saturday :S

i have about 3 coats of recently applied carnauba wax so hopefully the petrol just took that off and helped protect the paint?

I would wash it off even if it is just with a bottle of water in that area. Will have stripped the wax off, doubt it would have done any real damage to your paint apart from make it go dull.
