HELP: Don't know much about cars. WHAT MODS TO HAVE DONE?

I am currently in the process of buying a Blue Renault Clio, 53 plate. It has no modifications done to it whatsoever and i want to do it up but i don't know really anything about cars! I am going to have the rear windows tinted to the darkest possible and i am looking for alloys but i don't know if you can get like...the renault badges different colours or whatever? Suggestions would be appreciated

DONT get the windows tinted!!!! Lower it on coilovers, Get either some turinis or clio cup alloys, colour code door handles, side strips, mirrors etc and LEAVE it
PS get a carbon fibre renault badge.

Everyone's telling me not to have the windows tinted but i don't know why :L so, what are coilovers? lol and colour coded door handles sound awesome! i never knew you could get that done!!! carbon fibre renault badge...okay i need to learn more about cars haha. Thank you!!!

They are telling you because they look s**t.

Coilovers are uprated suspension. They are supposed to improve the handling, but most people just want the car slammed, so buy cheap kits.

You can colour code anything, respray anything....you just need to make sure it doesnt look crap.

If you havent done any painting yourself before i wouldnt try and do it, there is a company on here called spray shack. You can post your posts off to them and they will return them sprayed the same as the colour code of your car. Or you could try local spray shops. I would just go for raceland coilovers but it depends on your budget

Defo get an rs grille and spray it satin black, silvervisions which are silver bulbs 4 ur front indicators so u dnt get the orange reflection in ur headlights then jst do whtever ur taste tells u 2 lol

good advice to novice! you wear a nappy before you wear pants!!!!if you hang out at mcdonalds car park halfords do some bling! joking!!! reallytints aint bad if your young!! lowered with some wheels of your choice!!! turinis are nice in grey!!!look at some cars and see what you like!!! you can lower cheap on springs! depends what you want from the car!!!

Lyk autocrash sed jst hav a look at a few cars nd see wht style u wana go 4 m8, thers loads of different ways u can go wiv a clio nd ur always gana get people hu say its sh*t but its your car so do wht u want wiv it nd abet the haters cars are all corsas or 106s anyway!!! If u take peoples advise on her then u wont go far wrong m8
