Help: Front Seat Removal on 172 Cup

i hav read threads on here where people put resistors in the connector under the seat to bypass the airbag and service light! but as most probably know the 172 cup does not hav side airbags and i cannot find a connector similar to those show in pictures of similar non cup threads!!

how do i bypass the warning lights and do i put a resistor in elsewhere??

do i still use the 3.3omh resistors too???

please help anyone!! or atleast put me in the right direction of a thread that will.... i hav tryed lookin :(

You dont need to do anything. Just remove the wiring from the Cup seats and keep it all connected.

From memory the wiring loom weves through the seats and you have to yank it all out.

So to summerise, just pull all the wiring loom off the orginal seats and just leave it like it is. The seats already have bi-passes built in.

cheers dude!! i am all done!! used the original seat belts so the old tensioner is still there and the wire cliped back in!! no lights on dash now :)
