Could be a s**t bearing then.

Either risk it again with pattern, or IMO, the best option is genuine, which I think you can only buy the updated design now, which Is damn expensive!

again? that's original in there mate, 10 years old now.

um sounds interesting got anymore info?

a week after I fitted the new wishbone, I did jack the whole of the front of the car up, loosen the ARB bolt and re tighten. just in case it wasn't in right.

not sure if that's the right way to check?

um no idea if its fitted correctly, will have to have another look

well all I have to say is what a total t**t I am!

after taking things to bits for the forth time I worked out what the donking was. I haven't done the pinch bolt up tight enough when doing the wish bone and the pin the coming out of the hole.

but whilst doing the bolt up I managed to empty the content of gear box oil onto the driveway, fan f**king tastic...

it got dark so couldn't check but this came off or broke

luckily alex was at the end of the phone to advice me, thanks mate
