HELP... laptop shutdown!?

After 5 mins of starting up it auto shuts down... and restarts over and over..

is this terminal?

GENERIC HOST PROCESS WIN32 SERVICES HAS ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM AND NEEDS TO CLOSE?

ALSO had

'RPC remote procedure call. Terminated Unexpectedly'

Do i have to reinstall Windows?

I get a Blue screen with loads of white writing that I dont get time to read... but its telling me theres a Problem...then shuts down... and restarts again.

this is crazy but i cant use the recovery disk! it doesnt read the D drive

I've used recov disks tons of times of PC's...no probs! but this is a laptop and wont read it...goes straight to C drive when i reboot with the CD in place

google search for tech guys forum and get help on there ,these guys are the geeks of the computer world and will sort it out for you no probs

THAT is the virus thats causing it ^ good find

Try taking a stick of ram out (if it has more than one) and try each on it's own in turn.
