Help needed cup shocks

Hi there I purchased cup shocks to fit to my ph1 172 and they don't fit as you can see ,am I doing something wrong .

does the hub need to be changed to.

They're the 182 Cup ones I think. Different to 172 Cup's.

genuine question, why take a screen shot of a picture then post that, rather than just post the picture, loads of people do it wonder why.

They are 182 ill need to get them changed for the 172 ,cant get that job done this weekend ,thanks for youe help.
