Help Needed!!!

Arrrghhh does anyone know how to remove the top lambda sensor. Mine seems to be welded on. tried WD40 on it but it don't budge. There isn't much room to move with the gear lever in the way. Its a 172 by the way

take the pipe off and do it with the cat off the car, they're a t**t to get out
