Help Needed

Not quite sure where this should have been posted BUT

I'm in the Middle of Fixing my Meggy Footrest to the Std one and I've just Fixed the 1st Rivet BUT the Stem has got stuck in the Gun, Anyone know the easist way of getting it out of the gun??
