Help Please Fitting 172 Grill!

I am trying to fit my 172 grill but i cant take out the old one lol. I have read the guide that was put on here and printed it out and even had in in my hand when i was trying to do it lol

I pushed down on the grill, trying to unclip the clips at the back. pushing down and up with them. It just was laughing at me saying it was not budging lol. I gave it several attempts but i just couldnt do it! So I gave up after 45mins and wondered if any of you lot had any advice.

Please can someone help me! Any Advice.

when i replaced one recently i has to destroy the old one due to it flexing too much to move it off the bumper.

Pull the top of the bumper forward and yank it out the back! Worked for me......

i used a little wooden pole to push down on the plastic tab whilst i pulled on the grille with my other hand. was a bit of an arse but was done and back in the house in under 30mins

What kind of wooden tool did you use then?

So you push down on the plastic tab at the back of the grill?

How did you get behind the radiator?

did mine in 2 mins a little force goes a long way, i took the two pins out the top the just thumped the bottom with my hand easy! its getting the new one on that the hard bit squezing ya fingers in to pull it on the clips
