alrite there folks. i was wondering if someone could help me out with a little problem ive got. where the cap sits on the coolant expansion tank, well if u take the cap off there is brown stuff sitting and it stinks. does any1 know what might be causing this? also the temperature gauge in the car seems to rise very quickly. another small thing is that the drivers side window wont move up or down. its electric but i was wondering if there are any common faults with them coz im hoping its not a regulator coz there bloody expensive for the old clio's.

any help would be much appreciated.

how long since u last serviced it for the coolant problem , maybe it needs replacing.

leccy window could be switch or motor

no 2 sure mate just bought the car no 2 long ago n didnt have a service history. was goin 2 service it after the year. do u think that will cure it? im hoping theres not a fault with the radiator. cheers mate. yeah i think its the motor so will probs have 2 pay a few quid 4 that. lol. any1 know how much roughly the motors are second hand?
