HELP QUICK! Wheels after shotblasting/now priming!

Car  182, SQ7, Trafic
I have just had my wheels shotblasted ready for spraying, only problem is they now have very fine bumps all over them! Example of one

Are they meant to be like this, I've done around 4-5 coats of primer and are still like it in most of the flat areas, corners look quite smooth but I cannot remember what they were like before. Should I stop priming and stick a high build primer on then re-prime and spray and lacquer or will the paint and lacquer hide these with the more layers I spray on?

Thanks!

nope if u put paint and lacquer ontop of that ull notice it even more than when its primed. Any colour onto makes small marks stand out even more. id stop the priming and give it a quick sand down tbh, its obv not been done too good so give it a good going over and re primer.
