Help - re refurbs

I am pulling my hair out - im trying to find someone who will refurb my wheels and change them to white and that are pretty local. i have gone through the yellow pages and rang so many people - most of which will refurb but not change the colour.

im based in newport south wales and will go bristol/cardiff if anyone knows anyone - i want them done pretty urgent as well.
