Help!! Rear brake conversion

Hi,
Me and my Dad have clio mk2
Started life as a 1.2 Extreme
Now it has a 182 engine, uprated suspension, group N engine mounts, Ktec Stealth exhaust, roll cage, 4 pot front brakes and a plan for a turbo.
BUT I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT REAR BRAKES!!
Planing to change the drums for disks but got no idea where to start.
Help please!!

As for your question, just buy a complete rear beam from a damaged 172/182 and transfer the whole lot. You should pick one up for around £170 ish.
