Help rear light problem

Hi guys
have just spent thousands on tuning on my 172 ive just bought infact its still at the garage. It had silly boy racer rear lights when i got it so i ordered the standard lights from a breaker and fitted them yesterday and when the indicaters are on it makes all the brake and reversing lights flash??? What could it be??? Either side does it

Ive just managed to sort it out. Whoever fitted the aftermarket lights had split the cars plug that goes into the rear lights and swapped the connectors around to suit the lights they put on so adter 20 mins with a tester i managed to peice together what was meant to go where and all is ok now
