Help .. Rear lights & Interior dash lights failed!

Hi there, this is my first post.

My girlfriends clio has a problem....

We had to drive from Leeds to Birmingham this evening with no rear lights working. The dashboard lights have also failed as has the rear number plate light. Its a 2004 model.

We stopped at the motorway services and checked every single fuse, all were all fine.

Can anyone suggest what the problem could be?

Must be a fuse right?

Relay was knocked under passenger footwell and wasn't plugged in properly.

Must have been my big feet!
