Help - Washer Fluid

i just bought a 182(pics coming l8r), just carwashnwaxd it,but my washer fluid leaves streak marks on the bonnett, i used it all up then refilled with halfords s**t now it still streaks (think there is some of the left over stuff from previous owner), really annoying as i just sealed it and stuff, please help as its ruining my paintwork

can u take out washer fluid bottle and clean it up etc, or so all washer fluids stain paintwork?

Just use water for a while, that should clean it out.

Thank yourself lucky my pumps broken on mine so nothing comes out.

syphon it out. thats what i did. I use the pink renault nice smelly stuff.

put hose in fillter, leave for 30 mins

What do you normally use? Mine needs more fluid ASAP as it's empty now. started spitting little bits of water out and they it alllll ended

pink renault nice smelly stuff. Paint safe. Official renault stuff. bout a quid a bottle

Guessing you can get this at Reno service/parts desk ?

I dont know if my washer jets work, have never used them.

yeah you can. Its a renault brand. you will need a few bottles though to fill it.

But like some others mine is full but i never use them either!

Got some stuff from halfrauds, then put it with water - took a lot to fill it but it's sorted now.

David has got some well manky stuff shoots all up the window and covers the whole thing in a whiteish film so you can't see out of it looks like hes rubbed a load of jizz all over it. Need to sort it as it is getting dangerous. His side always looks worse than my side maybe the french have some kind of anti jizz thing they use to keep there drivers side (my passenger side) jizz free.

Will tell him to try the renault stuff.

just runs down the rain water drains and onto the road.

another fix would be use rain x like me. I swear by the stuff and it saves your wipers too.

i just applied rain-x after i cleaned windscreen with meguirs cleany stuff, i dont think it workd coz it just streamed off???

agree, hardly use wipers as I always have rain x on...
