HELP with 197 grill!

Hey all, basically i bought a 197 grill to fit my car an it wont fit properly, is there anyone else out there that has any idea on how to do it or what to cut etc...????

Hey i did indeed pm biohzrd, an then became an member so i could read the tutorial and is all fitted now shall get some piccies at the weekend if the weathers nice
