Help with Cup

Does anyone know how to remove the front and back number plates from a 172 cup??

It seems theyre riveted on or sumit......my new plates need to go on asap but i cant get the old sods off!

Are you sure? I doubt they would be riveted on as that would surely crack the number plate. Your sure its not just a plastic cap over the top of the screw head?

mine were just screwed in cause i swapped em.

ask your dealer who supplied the car. Alternatively, drill them out and stick on the new ones with double sided tape..

Mine were riveted. Drill out the centre and it will come off easily.

Or get a pair of pliers and pull em off!

The plates are now sorted...mine were riveted on so I just drilled through and the number plate poped off....Ive used sticky pads to put the new plates on. Decent
