help with new MacBook

Just picked up a new MacBook Pro and this is my first Mac.

How do you expand the safari window to fill the whole screen?

Sorry for silly question but always used a PC/Laptop and trying to get to grips with this.

Any applications or tips you can recommend me?

What like maximize the box? Click the little green circle with the plus sign in it?

Or click and hold and drag at the bottom right hand corner of the window.

also mac windows dont just maximise like windows does. it will "maximise" just big enough to fit the content - not necessarily fully screen

As above, green button resizers to fit the content, maybe a little annoying at first but I love it now.

I always drag from the bottom right corner as it will remember this for future use, I prefer my browser to fill the screen.

Thanks for your help, slowly getting used to it now. If not will switch back to the laptop.

Goto http://www.jydesign.com/safari/ and drag the full screen link in to your bookmarks bar at the top. Then just click it when you open safari.
