Help with radio

Just bought the wife a pioneer 4800BT as the old radio died.
Nothing special, connect the ISO plugs and you're done right?
Now it seems the radio is not getting 12V with the car switched off. ( it keeps losing its settings)
So got the multimeter out and there is a solid 11.9V after every connector.....i'm stumped!
The car is a 2003 alfa 156

Usually just a case of swapping the yellow and red wires over on the iso plug. Should be some bullet connectors on there.
