How can you tell if track rods are goin and do they affect steering wheel alignment?

whats going on with yours?

Got a nocking noise from front drivers side suspension area when going over bumps and the steering wheel is slightly off centre

that knock could be a cuple things mate, anti-roll bad drop link, bottom ball joint, etc, cud also be Track rod ends and if they are worn they can affect steering alingment.
