hillpower prices

rather than ring them up (im too lazy) does anyone know how much i should pay for a new rocker cover gasket, p/steering rack+mounts and engine mount....

noticed the engine mount when i got the car dynoed as it was trying to throw the engine out of the bay

any ideas on price would be a help or if anyone knows someone in leeds that could quote me and do the work before the 5th of jan then let me know asap please!

yeah but i aint no mechanic.... iv got a haynes but that doesnt say im in the know on valvers! id love to buy the bits cheap and do it myself but time also comes into it

Hillpower was just an idea, heard that they were good and thought try them. Im not sure on any of the local garages in leeds like so if you know of a good one that could help then let me know

ok, so what im getting at is, i dont know of any reputable garage in leeds as iv only just got a car.... i dont want to send my pride and joy off to some cowboys

speak to people (mates/friends of family/bloke at newsagents!) that have had work done on cars. chances are theyll know of a decent garage. failing that, see if the RAC/AA recommend any...

true mate, Id never take my car to some random garage you could quite easily get stiched up....Ive rung /been to Hillpower before and Ive always found him to be very helpfull, give him a ring...think hes closed until new year now though.

martin, see thats the thing, i had my fan switch replaced at a garage in scotland near my place of work and when i came back down to leeds and got stuck in traffic, i found out that they handnt fixed it!!!! overheated like a good un!

anyways, if anyone knows of a good place around the leeds area give me a shout. thanks for help guys
