Hoen make strange sound every time

Hi everyone,
When I'm driving and push on the horn (doesn't really matter which side) the horn make different sound. At first second it is good but then the sound become different and not smooth.

What should I check ? remove the aribag and check connections (how do I remove it) ? check the horn connection in the bumper ?
