Doing one now, only 3 and a half minutes long, but is like 100 meg?? how do I compress it and make it ickle? or am I just a tard in what I done and I can't?

Windows Movie Maker will suffice (included in XP and Vista) but there's better software out there if you're willing to pay for it.
