will a set of 95 honda vti wheels fit on the clio?

checked the fitment and it is

2 16V & 2.0 RS99>4x10035 to 4260.1
Civic / CRX84 to 004x10035 to 4256.1

should do, my mate had my wheels on his crx before i got them, just needed spigot rings to fit the centre bore size. totally depends if the centre bore will fit as the offset and pcd are the same, but as your post show's they are 56.1 centre bore and the clio is 60.1 so you'd have to have them bored out or just make sure they have spigot rings so you can change them, best bet is after market wheels for a honda tbh as they will have spigot's.
