Hotmail account hacked as well as Xbox Live account :( Help!

I actually am at wits end. I have tried getting in touch with both of these but neither seem to have a number that I can ring. It is all online help! Can anyone suggest anything? I need to get this sorted as they have taken £85 out of my account for xbox live points the f*****s. So atm I have an account that is frozen with a card that has been cancelled, an email account thats fooked and my live account which is being raped by the minute. f**k sake. Why can't Apple own Xbox and Hotmail.

Start by changing ypur password and then claim back thepoints on your credit card if MS don't give any joy.

It was probably a brutal attack on your account (think thats what its called), happened to my hotmail last yr. I had a weak password. Changed it for a better password and its been fine since. (although i'm pretty sure its tried often as often i have to enter one of those jumbled words etc...)

I can't change my password as they have changed the secret question as well

Can you not re set the password by having it emailed to your 2nd email address. I think thats what you do if you have forgotten your secret question too.
