how 2 polish engine??

ive seean a fiew people on hear have got a polished head i know they use wet and dry but what is involved and what grade of sandpaper do i need to get it shiny?
and is there a guide any where on how to do this?

I sanded mine flat with some 80 grit (removes the pitting)

then I w&d'd it using 400 and 1200...

finally, autosol!

i tried the long was first with some coarse steel wool that took forever.


then i used some weet and dry paper.

800 to get the pitting off, then 1500 then 3000 then autosol.

took a fair while tho.

you could reduce time by using a more aggressive grit to start off whith but i didnt want to put any big scratches in the inlet runners.
