Seems strange that a lightweight track car was prepared from a Full Fat 182, surely a Cup would have been an easier job? Unless it started life as a road car I guess before they decided to go mental on it.

I must say when i worked at mark fish it was in the early days of this car with just air filter and exhaust. I think he prob wanted a fun car but as time has gone by and wanted more and more.

Usually what happens!!!!!!

i have no idea! LOL i just arrived in the cup and he was a few cars behind me, we pulled up and a copper on a motorbike was asking him a load of questions

dunno why, he had trendy sun glasses on, maybe the copper was asking him where he got them?

i saw that when Mark sorted my coilovers.
Dont get the point in taking a great 13k road car off the road and making it a track car?
Cups can be brought for 6k now or even a mk1 172.
Each to their own tho.

The V700 is the DOT legal competition tire member of Kumho's ECSTA high performance tire family, and is designed for autocross and road racing applications.

kumho's are good tyres for the money i had them on my M3 and thought they were very good( not v700 though).

regards michael

V700 are excellent but dont last long they are a road leagal track tyre like Yoko A048 R888 and the likes..110 a corner for the clio..

Popular in rallying and various saloon championships.

I run them for trackdays, very good.

They are used in the cheapo championships which says it all really. You're right, they are supposed to rival the other barely legals...but are the worst of the lot easily IMO. And i have tried all of them...
