How best to run in a Clio Silverstone

Jag (as do many others i would assume) have a "delivery" mode to stop the cars being thrashed during transport etc, Renault don't LOL

when i used to get my race engines for my bike built i would pick em up, stick em in the bike and the first time they got used apart from checking it starts and ticks over was in a warm up/race. just rag the f**k out of it.
