How can I make new paint work look older?

I have just had a few things resprayed, and they look mint. Only trouble is they stick out like a sore thumb against other parts. So I am gonna have a go at clay baring my paint work to bring that up but is there anyway of taking a bit of the shine off the new bits. New bits r wing mirrors and centre caps of my wheels that have been sprayed up. Is there anything I can use to polish up my wheels or just normal polish?

I'd renovate the non new painted bits & see how that goes.
