How do i convert the mk1 boot latch to the newer one

Does anyone knw how to change the old boot latch to the newer one with the renault badge in the middle ???

Would also like to know this, the only way i can think of is by changing the whole boot lid, but to much hassle and money for such a small mod

i think it the boot lid swap as the newer style is a bigger badge thus needing a bigger recess!
