How do i remove this ?

Need to get this off to paint it but dont have a clue to get it off, is it just a screwdriver job or is there some other way to get it off

Theres a screw under that Circle cap (A Torx) undo and lift off remove cables to swtiches

There's a t25 screw under the plastic cover then the whole thing pulls up from the back and out. Obviously disconnect the wiring harnesses too.
