Think ye can use an external HDD and put everything on it then plug it into the Xbox and run films, music etc but a don't think theres a proper clip on/off one of that size for it.

1tb is impossible they dont make them that large (well not released yet) 750 is the largest but it wont work only certain drives will work

You can get 2TB drives now as well

How can they release an update that bans non official storage devices. One of the features included in the 360 instruction manual is you can use an external storage device such as an mp3 player, to play your own music through the xbox whilst gaming.

yes laptop disks as in replacing the 20gb one thats already on it


as for the update non official storage devices = replaced hdd like above and non official memory cards like the max data ones that back up to your pc

i was under the impression you needed t put some firmware on a new HD you planned to fit, i dont think you can get hacked firmware for anything bigger than 120gb.

i may be wrong tho.
