ive never had any car higher than a 1.4 but to me out of all the 1.4s ive had this is the fastest of them all....so for me.....they are fast and nippy....yeah i'll put my foot down on some long straights to get to my top speed and to me that is fast when my insurance goes down after i manage to claim my first no claims (again) then ill concider a faster car lol

Yup its suited me as my first car well enough.
As for it "not being worth" taking it to a strip/dyno etc, at least you'd have something to back up your rediculous claims lol.
I see a fair few RT's at POD etc, and have run myself, so its not unheard of.

well no point making me more misserable about its power by taking it up a drag stip and seeing a heart breaking 19 seconds (or whatever a guy said up there) its like if u ever goto overtake a scooby and u get side by side take a look at ur speedo and your doing 70 and then u look bk up again and hes dissapere round the oncoming corner and u never see him again lol(if u havent guessed that happened to me) but he was dordling along the road at 50 lol
