How loose, is too loose? Map sensor

So removed my map sensor to find a damaged green o ring. I got sent a used map sensor with good o-rings and swapped it over but Its pretty slack in the inlet manifold.
How are everyone else's? Worried about getting an air leak tbh.

Ptfe tape. Tight as now and no leaks

Strangely, I pulled the Map sensor off a top inlet I am having shot blasted before painting yesterday, and the "O" ring was a fat RED one.

I thought the green one`s are usually for aircon with a smaller sectional diameter.
